To keep the debit/ATM overdraft services you have, we need to hear from you.
Overdraft services can be crucial when it counts most – those times when emergencies or unexpected expenses come up right when your balance is lowest.
We offer overdraft services on Debit card purchases and ATM withdrawals to help protect your peace of mind. But, unless you give us permission to continue the services, your overdrawn transactions will be declined beginning August 15, 2010.
How does our overdraft service work?
In the event you make a debit card purchase that overdraws your account, or request an ATM withdrawal that exceeds your balance, overdraft services allow us to cover the transaction.
Your purchase is honored at the cash register. Your cash is dispensed by the ATM.
And, the next time you make a deposit, we deduct the amount of the overdraft we covered, plus a fee for the service.
If you want to continue receiving overdraft services on ATM and everyday debit card transactions, we need to know.
Remember, if you want to continue receiving overdraft services on ATM and everyday debit card transactions, we need to hear from you before August 15, 2010.
